Please read carefully before coming to your class:

-Our class sizes are currently reduced to 8-10 spaces- book early to avoid disappointment. The majority of our classes will also be livestreamed so you can take class from home if studio space is unavailable.

-Option to bring your own mat - but we have sanitised mats at studio. As a courtesy all students are required to wipe down any mats/equipment used- but rest assured we then follow out a covid-secure clean once students have left.

-We will ensure sufficient fresh air is brought into the studio during class and will have the back door permanently open. This may mean the studio could get a little colder so please be sure to bring an extra layer of clothing if you think you’ll need it. 

-Students may be required to queue outside while we let one student in at a time.

-Hand sanitiser will be available at the door to be used on entering and leaving the studio.

-Face masks are not required but optional during classes. We advise you wear one on arrival of your class.

-Teachers will currently not move around the studio nor give any physical adjustments

-The Studio will be cleaned thoroughly throughout the day. Our level of cleaning has always been high but we will increase further and include hourly touch point cleaning too.

-If you feel unwell in any way, please stay home and do class online instead.
